This is a very large collection of quotes. It is difficult to discern your intent in collecting these quotes together into one place. By reading through them I did not find anything greater than well known historical church figures speaking about the rebellions of the first estate and how useless it is to speculate based on circumstances in this life how faithful a soul was in the preexistence.
Clearly we have always possessed the ability to choose, even when doing so we act contrary to the knowledge we have obtained. I have heard it said Lucifer's great sin was a lack of Faith. He did not believe Jehovah could accomplish the atonement. Or perhaps he did not wish to leave his fate in the hands of another when there was the possibility of failure. Whatever the cause, Lucifer was not convinced Elohim's plan would succeed, so he developed his own plan. I would wager there were others who offered plans, though all of those eventually chose to believe in Jehovah, or follow Lucifer.
