Mending a Crooked Seem
I looked upon a scene surreal,
A seam sewn crooked made appeal.
From the angle I saw; the one I took,
Beckoned me take another look.
To behold its skew, was where I came from,
To straighten it out - I had to move some.
It seemed to be that its perspective to see
Depends upon the place where I find me.
Well, if its crooked, now, I don't know
I have several positions that won't show.
Now that I can write a book,
I don't want to take another look.
It is what it is, and I can't tell
Maybe I can't see very well?
In the end, does it really matter?
What is the point to all this chatter?
I guess that things aren't always as they seem,
We get caught up in our own little dream.
