Your question proceeds from a fallacy. There is no man or woman in this world who never had a knowledge of God. We are born believing in God. It is only by rejecting God that one becomes an Atheist. It may be through clever deception or a lack of Faith, but the process of becoming an Atheist, by necessity, removes the possibility of the person being accepted by God.

As for Natural Law, it is defined as: Quote:
"Natural law or the law of nature has been described as a law whose content is set by nature and is thus universal." - International Encyclopedia of the Social Sciences

It is a law which to be defined only needs to be approached with an open mind and lack of prejudice. It is the source of the saying "We hold these truths to be SELF EVIDENT." The basis of all are laws should be Self Evident. There is no need for a man to relay it to another. There is no need to rely on God, but He is the perfect guide as He knows more of what is Self Evident than any of us.
