"Perfect" in the Job & Genesis scriptures quoted previously is from the Hebrew tam & tamiym, which I think means "whole, complete"

"Perfect" in the Matthew scripture quoted previously is from the Greek teleios, which I think means "complete"

We are not sinless like Christ is, but we can become whole, or complete.
