As I read your post, it occurred to me the only thing lacking from Zion today is the physical city. There are enough people today who meet your requirements to satisfy the quota of 144,000. They will be called by angels to go build Zion. I keep wondering what relationship the LDS Church will have with the Church of the Firstborn in that day. It may be seen as a major scandal by members of the LDS Church, or there may be amicable communication. Either way, it will not be directed by the LDS Church, but by God via His angels. Angels will help in the physical construction, just as they have already helped build it spiritually.
