My wife was driving with our four young boys in the van, without me. She was worried because she was almost out of gas and was nowhere close to a station. Our van had an electronic monitoring system that gave a count-down to empty. As she sat waiting at a red light, she saw the meter finish its countdown to zero miles left in the tank. She explained the predicament she was in to the children - they were out of gas and were going to be stuck there. She decided to offer a prayer with the boys and ask for Heavenly Father's help. After her prayer, they watched in amazement as the distance meter started going up and up until it read that they had enough gasoline left for another 15 miles. That was more than enough for them to get to a gas station, which they did safely.
Heavenly Father answers prayers!
