Jules,
Thank you for sharing this experience with us. Your trials with your ex remind me very much of what my sister went through. Details are different, of course, but her attempt to recover the marriage took years and taught her so much. You have helped me understand her better.
As for the 144,000... I also know they are on the earth and gathering in those who will believe. I have recently been seeing how many have already been brought in, even if they don't know it yet. I am encouraged by this. The goal is five out of ten faithful Saints, like the parable of the virgins. I would estimate we are at about 10-15%, but I am still receiving information on this, so my numbers could be off.
