I seriously doubt you could have read every prophecy about the 2nd Coming or everything Joseph Smith alone said about the 2nd Coming, especially before 1982, which precedes the dawn of the internet age. There is more information out there than any one person can absorb. I am eager to hear your personal revelations and insights on this subject. However, I have too often engaged in such discussions with someone whose heart is angered by my statements. I do not wish to ferment hatred in the world. Thus, if you believe you know everything there is to know on the subject, and I present something new, you would not be open to the whisperings of the Spirit on the subject, because your mind is set in stone. As Alma said, those who refuse to accept new truths, those who close their minds and hearts to new ideas, will eventually lose the truth they possess.
