And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend.

And then shall ye know that I have seen Jesus, and that he hath talked with me face to face, and that he told me in plain humility, even as a man telleth another in mine own language, concerning these things;

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Now, when a man reasoneth he is understood of man, because he reasoneth as a man; even so will I, the Lord, reason with you that you may understand.
