The establishment of TRUTH is based upon the reception of independent witness that only amounts to "evidence" when corroborated and accepted. If the evidence is compelling and believed, it constitutes proof. Proof cannot be ascertained by that which is doubted. The "Receptor" of evidence determines veracity in all cases. One must answer for themselves.
