An Atheist has faith in "Good Will".

Good will = Gods' will, like a rose by another name, it is still as sweet.

An Atheist has faith in correct principles and in natural law. They have faith in karma. And they have faith in humanity.

Yet this doesn't answer the main issue we were discussing here about salvation for an atheist. I have never met an atheist who has enough faith in 'good will' to achieve exaltation. How can someone who does not believe in the existence of a higher power ever become one? How can someone acquire enough knowledge to transcend life without acknowledging the obvious truth of a higher power guiding them? It boggles the mind to put together unlimited knowledge and atheist. The greatest scientific minds of history have indicated the more they learned about the universe, the more they believed in some grand designer at the very least.

The bottom line for me is that the atheist belief is based on a lack of knowledge as well as a lack of faith. These are two things a being must acquire on the path to exaltation.
