The words of Christ and the Holy Ghost both teach us all things what we should do. Are they different names for the same experience? Or is this just saying that the words of Christ are always testified by the Holy Ghost.

Oh, wait a second... New thought... Did Christ speak the words given him from the Holy Ghost or does the Holy Ghost teach the words given him from Christ? Chicken or egg? Or both?

This section makes it clear to us the Holy Ghost can only speak to us that which Jesus Christ has allowed him to say. Thus Angels speak the words of Christ and nothing else because they always speak by the power of the Holy Ghost. Well, those angels which are messengers from God and not the fallen angels. Fallen angels don't speak with power. They don't use the Holy Ghost, and they speak lies, deceptions, and half truths.

My experience with angels has shown that they are just as fallible as we are. Some more and some less. But I have learned that even when talking to angels it is important to pay attention to the witness of the Holy Ghost.

I have also spoken to dead relatives who often times had new information or insight from their own experiences, but they too would speak from their own understanding. Not that they were bad or trying to mislead, but that they were and are still learning and growing just like we all are.
