Welcome to the group, and thank you for sharing. I can't say I agree with much of what you have written here. Can you give specific examples of women who were not cared for? Are you referring to those who had been married in a polygamist marriages prior to the manifesto? Or to women who lost their husbands?

As for myself, I am a polygamist. My first wife died, and I remarried. On church records, I am married to both for eternity.
